First of all a note of sympathy is sent to the family of the deceased. The family will be informed by the Remembrance Committee that a donation will be made in their loved one’s name to the BCRSPA Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Providing scholarships to Baltimore County high-school seniors is one way we can support the continuing need for quality teachers entering the education profession.

Each spring (April) at the BCRSPA Annual Business Luncheon Meeting, the Remembrance Committee plans and conducts a Memorial Service to remember our colleagues who have passed away during the year. Our deceased members are recognized again at the annual MRSPA necrology service.
Birthday greetings are sent to members who are Emeritus. Get well cards are sent to members when the committee is notified.
